On September 9, 2020, Netflix released a movie called “Cuties”, which features 11 year old girls in a twerking dance crew. Throughout the film, there are overtly sexual movements and girations by the girls. The movie was also filmed and edited using zooms and close up shots emphasizing the girls body parts. Netflix has received major backlash from the public for sexualizing young girls in this film.
During the time of the promotional poster backlash, Brian Stelter of CNN interviewed CEO of Netflix Reed Hastings. After the controversial film was released, and the overwhelming majority of those who viewed it said it was WORSE than the poster, Ari Melber of MSNBC interviewed Hastings. During both interviews, NEITHER ONE OF THEM ASKED HASTINGS A SINGLE QUESTION REGARDING THE CONTROVERSIAL FILM SAID TO EXPLOIT YOUNG GIRLS.
Although the liberal news media has been relatively silent regarding the controversy over this film, the general public at large has been extremely outraged over the depiction of young girls in highly sexualized scenes throughout the entire movie. Many people have expressed their outrage on YouTube, Twitter and other online outlets.
The disdain for sexualizing minors in this film has transcended age, race, religion, income, and political affiliation among the general public in America. Some GOP leaders are calling on the Department of Justice (DOJ) to investigate and raise legal action against Netflix over the film. The Democrat establishment, however, has been mostly silent at this point, except for a few exceptions.
Democrat Representative Tulsi Gabbard publicly denounced the film. On September 11, in a tweet, Rep. Gabbard stated:
“@netflix child porn “Cuties” will certainly whet the appetite of pedophiles & help fuel the child sex trafficking trade. 1 in 4 victims of trafficking are children. It happened to my friend’s 13 year old daughter. Netflix, you are now complicit. #CancelNetflix”
Netflix’s CEO Hastings declared in the interview that he is a Biden supporter. Will Joe Biden or Kamala Harris make a public statement against Netflix for releasing this movie? Will this controversial film further expose the connection with the Democrat establishment and its media cheerleaders to the deep state pedophiles?
Below is a commentary from Laura Ingraham of Fox News. We’ve edited out scenes from the original Fox News piece that depicted the young girls performing highly sexualized dance moves, so as to not promote those inappropriate video images on this site.
Although the mainstream liberal media has been relatively silent in regards to Netflix’s “Cuties”, many YouTubers have not.
